Interim Graphic Designer

Department

Goal
The Graphic Designer assist in designing or the creation of graphics to meet specific commercial or promotional needs, such as brochures, advertisements, corporate identities, displays, packaging, and websites, meeting customer needs and requirements.

Main Duties; Creative Design & Production
• Establish an overall look and feel, graphic elements and content of communications material
• Photoshop retouching (60% of the workload)
• Determine the medium that is best suited to produce the desired visual effect
• Help shaping ideas, lay outs and graphic elements
• Estimate time to complete assignments
• Use existing photo and illustration databases and typography guides
• Designing in collaboration with the Art Director

Performance Indicators
• Customer survey, project feedback
• Consistency in design execution and focus on detail
• Quality of designs and concepts

Profile
• Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design
• Two years’ experience in a creative agency or communications industry

Technical Competences
• Proficient in Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
• Good knowledge of extra Adobe Creative Suite applications like Adobe Premiere, …
• Knowledge of 3D CGI, like Blender 3d, is a nice-to-have
• Good and up to date knowledge of MS Office
• Company professional language is English
